All in all they offer superb service. The rooms are exceptionally clean with good beds and safe. The staff is knowledgeable and excellent at all the levels. The location is particularly good and absolutely perfect, 2 miles from Tortuga Bay Beach.

The location was perfect, just next door to the many taxis for a short ride to-and-from Darwin Ave and the city centre and the outskirts of town. Also, main attraction such as Santa Cruz Fish Market was 1 mile from this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a value property in Puerto Ayora. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern with comfortable beds. The staff, especially Oscar, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi, and amazing view of the island. Despite the minor inconveniences, it was a great bargain. I highly recommend this hotel.

The attention to detail was impressive, from the sparkling cleanliness to the well-kept property. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. We particularly loved the location on the outskirts of town, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city center. And breakfast with a view at the rooftop was simply breathtaking!
